Marketing\Web Designs was founded in 2000 by Patrick Milne and Paul Haussman. Patrick had served for ten years as Director of Business & Management for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) and retired to give full leadership to building this new company. Paul retired a few years later after close to 30 years in Consumer Education and Business Marketing Training for the University. Patrick Milne has his MBA from Keller Graduate School and Paul Haussman a Masters from the University of Wisconsin. Paul brings a strong consumer approach to M\WD.

Curt Larson serves M\WD as our Corporate Project Consultant. Curt specializes in industrial, outdoor power, marine and construction equipment manufacturers — many of whom utilize dealer sales and service channels.

Dan Ervin has served since 2000 as the Webmaster\System Administrator for M\WD. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Computer Science. He worked as Computer Technical Support for the UWM School of Continuing Education since 1989 and acted as Webmaster for the UWM SCE website, including the design and writing of all the code for the current site.

Justin Rentmeester is the Information and Network Services professional for the UWM School of Continuing Education. He has been with the school since 2002.

Rita Bates provides our graphics leadership. Rita has worked with many major graphics providers in Wisconsin and has been with M\WD since 2001. She is proficient in QuarkXPress, FrameMaker, PageMaker and Photoshop software, and is a member of the HTML Writers Guild.

David Bernacchi, an accomplished Wisconsin photographer, contributes site images of both companies and products.

Pete Milne, an editor for the University of Chicago Press, provides content editing for our web sites. In addition, our use of other University students not only brings us the latest in University knowledge, but also a more manageable cost position for M\WD clients.
